Prices are subject to change without notice
Payment Terms
Credit information must be on file for all customers paying by check. A 2% service charge per month will be charged if the account is 30 days past due. C.O.D. orders are accepted for U.P.S. with an additional $9.00/carton. No C.O.D. shipments by Common Carrier. We accept MasterCard, Visa and Diners Club.
Backorders
NorthWest Enterprises reserves the right to cancel backorders.
Special Order Items
Items listed in the catalog that are special order may require longer lead time. Special order items require payment in advance.
Return Goods
90 days from purchase. All returns must have written authorization. All approved returns will be credited at the purchase price, less freight charges both ways and subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returned products must be in saleable condition, original package and full case quantity. Special order items are non-returnable.
Damaged and Shortages
Inspect all shipments immediately. Damages or shortages must be reported to the carrier upon receipt of goods. All damages and shortages must be noted on your freight bill and signed by the driver. All claims must be submitted to NorthWest Enterprises within 48 hours of delivery.
